Order your status certificate online @www.statuscertifcate.com OR print off the Request Status Certificate above, fill out the form and bring in your cheque made payable to Del Property Management Inc. When its ready we will call you and you can come back to pick it up.  Most of our status certificates are being delivered online now. It is only $25 for this convenience, which still cheaper than taking the time to leave the office twice or send a courier.


ü  The $25 fee is a convenience fee and the $100 is the regulated fee for a status certificate.

ü  Sending a courier or leaving the office twice will cost more than $25.  Average courier bills are between $40-$50.

ü  Online delivery allows you to save the document to your computer to keep forever, email to lawyers and agents as you see fit. No more paper or copying costs
